This website is run by The Toby Gale Foundation, a registered charity in England and Wales (charity number 1219723). You can contact us at info@tobygalefoundation.co.uk.

You’re welcome to use this website to find out about the foundation, our fundraisers and how to support us. You agree not to:
- use the website in any way that is unlawful or harmful;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its admin area or the systems behind it;
- introduce viruses or other harmful material, or interfere with how the website works.
3. Our content
The text, photographs, logo and design on this website belong to The Toby Gale Foundation or are used with the permission of their owners. You’re welcome to share links to our pages and to share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes to help raise awareness, as long as you credit the foundation.
Please don’t copy, edit or reuse our photographs (especially photographs of people), our logo or our name for any other purpose – including commercial use – without asking us first.

We work hard to keep the website accurate and up to date, but the information is provided for general purposes only and may change.
Nothing on this website is medical advice. If you or someone you care about has concerns about cancer or any other health condition, please speak to a doctor or another qualified healthcare professional.
5. Donations
Donations to the foundation are made through our page on JustGiving. When you donate, JustGiving’s own terms and privacy policy apply to your payment. Donations are used to further the foundation’s charitable purposes, including supporting the charities and organisations that made a difference to Toby.
The “raised so far” total on our homepage is updated automatically from JustGiving and may take a little time to reflect the latest donations. If you have a question about a donation, please contact JustGiving or email us.
6. Fundraising for us
We’re hugely grateful to everyone who fundraises for the foundation. If you’re raising money in our name, please:
- let us know what you’re planning, so we can support you and thank you;
- be honest about where the money is going, and make it clear you are fundraising for the foundation rather than on behalf of it, unless we’ve agreed otherwise;
- follow the law and the Fundraising Regulator’s Code of Fundraising Practice;
- ask us before using our logo.
7. Links to other websites
Our website links to other websites, such as JustGiving and the charities we support. We aren’t responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those websites.

We provide this website free of charge and can’t promise that it will always be available or free from errors.
